[交流] 为什么AV男优的持久能力那么长？

这类的片子看剧情都是分段的，拍的时候比我们想象的要长，换衣服补妆分多次拍摄，在后期通过剪辑再合并成1个小时左右的成品，所以男优有休息的时间。当然男优能从事这个行业，也有其自身的天赋，以及后天的保养。定期的运动，耐力的训练，再加上饮食的调教。总之，男优没我们看的那么爽~
