我吃过万艾可，觉得确实不错。说下副作用，第一次吃没经验按照说明和网上朋友介绍，吃了大于1/3小于1/2的量，过后会有鼻塞伴有轻度头痛。第二次开始只吃1/4，偶有鼻塞。
