我认为如果龟头能够安全露出来就不需要割包皮，你可以试试天天把包皮翻开，完全露出龟头，开始比较敏感，时间长了就好了。开始的时候可能露出来一会包皮就重新覆盖了，记着马上再次把包皮翻开。时间久了，就可以完全露出了。
